Introduced Hate Crime Bill today. It consolidates existing hate crime, creates an additional age aggravator, as well as solidifying existing protections for minority groups. Alongside this, we will set up a working group to look at a standalone offence of misogynistic harassment.

Scottish Govt guidance on wearing face masks in public, key points:

▪️Physical distancing, hand washing & respiratory hygience still most effective measures in combating virus

▪️Evidence limited but may be some benefit when you leave home & enter enclosed spaces
